Faser Valley Track and Field Championships will be hosting the following events for all Special Olympic athletes:
Attached are the rules for Special Olympic Athletes. Please note that Special Olympic athletes need to register with the track team for the school (i.e. on the school's BC School Sports roster). They should not be registered separately.
Attention Upper Valley coaches:
You will find attached an updated coaches' package and schedule. It is imperative that you check these documents for any changes to the schedule and/or officiating duties.
Please note the following changes and additions to the Surrey mini meet schedule.
Wednesday, April 17th:
-Sprint hurdles (3:45, SB first),400m (Special O first), 1500m/2000m steeplechase
-Shot Put (boys first 3:45) and Special O, LONG JUMP (2 pits), Javelin (girls first 3:45)
Wednesday, April 24th:
-no 800m. Changed to 1500m

The school year is now in full swing which means track and field season is fast approaching.
This year's championships is Kelowna at the Apple Bowl. The dates are May 30, 31, and June 1.
