There are a few things you need to do and know because we are one week away from the start of the BC Championships.
- Please note that all athletes must have a designated school-coach representative with them for the duration of the BC High School Track & Field Championships. The meet package, containing race numbers, will only be handed out to the designated teacher-coach, as determined by the school principal. Please have a letter ready (on school letter head from principal) at package pick up that indicates who is the designated representative for the championships. Packages must be signed-out in their entirety.
- Meet packages will be available for pick up on Thursday, May 31st starting at 1:15PM
- Only athletes will be receiving t-shirts this year. Coaches can purchase their own shirts if they want at the souvenir clothing booth. Coaches need to fill out the t-shirt order form for their athletes. This form also requires the school to declare who is responsible for picking up the meet package (numbers for their athletes).
- Schools need to declare the members of all qualifying relay teams. A maximum of 6 athletes can be named. You must complete one declaration form per team that competes. Be aware that a junior runner cannot compete in a 2 different age group relays. In other words, a junior girl cannot run in the junior 4x100 and the senior 4x100 or 4x400. Nor can an "B" team 4x100 runner be named on both "A" and "B" 4x100 teams. There MUST be 6 different names for each relay team.
