Tomorrow is the day. BC Championships start tomorrow at 3pm at McLeod Athletic Park in Langley. Available for download are the heat sheets for the meet.
Reminder to Fraser Valley coaches to pick up your ribbons from Fraser Valleys from Adora Tang. She will be as close to the top of the stands by the 100m start line (where you will be picking your athlete packages).
Available to all coaches are full Fraser Valley Championship results posted by school for each athlete.
Available now are the draft copies of the performance list and the team entries for the BC Championships.
Here are the links to a few other things for coaches regarding BCs:
Full results are now available for download. Reminder that top 8 automatically advance to BCs, and Junior/Senior Open Zone and Grade 8 Invitational entries are due via TrackieReg Saturday May 20th just before midnight. For the Open Zone and Grade 8 entries, the seed times (are to be electronic timing) and height/distance measurements are from 2017.
Finally thank you to all the officials and volunteers that helped this week. The meet went very smoothly and would not have been possible without you.
Long awaited results for day 1 and 2 are now available. Also please be advised and take a look at the "Revised BC Tech Specs", especially the boys' 400m hurdles.
Reminder that open zone and grade 8 entries are due by May 20th at midnight via trackiereg.
One more day and it's supposed to be nice weather (fingers crossed).
For numbers of zone berths, tech specs, and event listing for the BC Championships held June 1-3 at Langley's McLeod Athletic Park; check out the "Resources and Links" page.
There are Grade 8 Invitational, Junior Championships, and Senior Championships. Be sure to check the event listing file for the Grade 8 Invitational as not all events are offered for the Grade 8s.
The 2017 Fraser Valley Championships start tomorrow (Monday, May 15). Available for download are the following files:
Also note that some of the events on Thursday read "pm" instead of "am" so please be advised that the events are 10am and 11am. I don't think anyone wants to be hanging around Friday night to do those events.
